O’s Notes: Mark is a New York based vocalist/guitarist specializing in pop vocals with a heavy bossa nova twist. His music is light and festive with warm rhythms emanating from his acoustic guitar. An Evening In Rio is a fine description of the content on his latest CD. There are ten mostly original numbers centered on his light vocals and guitar style that has been sited as among the best in the New York area! We enjoyed the country twang on the bluesy “Angel”, a cool cover of “Birdland” and “I Won’t Be Your Fool”. Very enjoyable!
