O’s Notes: Guitarist PJ Rasmussen leads a contemporary jazz sextet playing nine of his original compositions. His brass accompaniment is harmonious with Nate Giroux on tenor sax, Steve Davis (tb) and Ben Hankle on trumpet. We liked “Full Speed Ahead”, “Love Birds”, “Outbof Phase” and “A Study In Scarlet” and “A Sturdy In Scarlet”. Each had a different touch making Another Adventure a pleasant trip.
