O’s Notes: These Children’s songs have been jazzed up with Latin rhythms. Christy is singing in front of a strong band that includes pianist Roger Davidson. Among the seventeen songs are favorites “This Old Man”, “Kumbaya” and “Three Blind Mice”. We found this CD to please children and jazz lovers alike. It was a time when my kids (5, 11 & 13) removed the iPod earplugs to enjoy Daddy’s jazz in the car! So the disc remains in the car CD changer.
