O’s Notes: Vocalist Dana Marcine puts together her own program of originals plus a cover of “The Very Thought of You”. Joe Saracusa (g) also contributes the opener “Coming Home To You”. This is Dana’s romantic journey as she finds her love on “Jumpstart My Heart” then enjoys her encounter for a spell. We soon find her discarding old baggage on “Let Them Go” and then walking away on “Little Birds”. There is some pain, some vengeance and all of the thoughts that dance in our heads, as we are spellbound then brokenhearted. Crossing Lights is a good trip on romantic blues.
