O’s Notes: Guitarist, composer Jorge Garcia pays homage to some of his favorite musicians on Dedicated to You. They open cooking on “Minority” followed by “This One’s For Richie”, both featuring the late alto saxophonist Richie Cole. Both are songs that were previously unreleased. We also enjoyed Hendrick Meurkens’ harmonica on “With You Always” in a varied 7-song set. The Cole tunes justify his billing on the cover! We wish there were more of that vibe.
