O’s Notes: The twosome features Ian Carey on trumpet with Ben Stolorow on piano. They bounce along through ten swinging classics including “Coming’ Along”, one of their own. It is a departure from precious recordings where they typically are part of larger ensembles and perform more original music. The mood is jovial, spontaneous and light. Duocracy is a platform for both musicians to display their talent as well as just have fun! “Cherokee” is the best example.
