O’s Notes: Jorge Strunz and Ardeshir Farah team up to bring us some beautiful Spanish flamenco guitar music. The songs are all new originals with a sense of liveliness and free spirit. Joey de Leon (congas, bongos), Charlie Bisharat (violin), Carlos del Puerto (acoustic bass) and Eliseo Borrero (electric bass) are notable accompanying musicians. Guest flutist Hubert Laws breathes magic into “Luxuriance” capping a very good session.
