O’s Notes: This is a minimalist duo with guitarist Andy Brown and vocalist Petra van Nuis. Petra has delicate, soft tones that are innocent and sweet. Her lyrics are very well articulated, almost spoken at times. Brown has a strong presence on guitar playing chord melodies with warm precision. The mood is gentle and calm especially on tunes like “A Cottage For Sale”.
