O’s Notes: Lena plays saxophone and leads a quartet with Dave Miller (g), Cameron Brown (b) and Billy Mintz (d). They play modern jazz allowing for free improvisation by each of the musicians. Lena had a hand in composing three of the songs with the other band members each contributing a tune each along with a few covers notably “Starry-Eyed” and “Featherbed”.
