O’s Notes: The Rex Bell Trio is bassist Joe Vick, drummer Dave Rogers and leader Bell on a Fazioli 308 piano. They perform nine jazz classics from Wayne Shorter’s “Footprints” to Ellington’s “In A Sentimental Mood”. The arrangements are fresh and entertaining. Infrared House Band is a good club set.
