O’s Notes: Invisible Strings“is our second exposure to Eraldo Bernocchi as a leader. We are more familiar with his work in the prog rock band Metallic Taste of Blood. Last outing (Winter Garden) was a quartet vs. the current duet with Bernocchi on baritone & electric guitars and electronics with Prakash Sontakke playing lap steel guitars. The music is laid back, ethereal and very reflective highlighted by “Walking Backwards Again”, “From Star To Star” and “Purple Yellow”. This is the type of music you hear in a spa, setting the tone for relaxation.“
