O’s Notes: Guitarist Matthew Finck and saxophonist Jonathan Ball are cooking in a quintet with Randy Brecker (t), Jay Anderson (b) and Adam Nussbaum (d). The Project includes four originals each from the leaders and a mellow cover of “The Way You Look Tonight”. Our favorites were another mellow tune, “East 86th” and the racy “Get Up!”
