O’s Notes: This is a delightful solo piano set featuring Randy Klein. He invites us into his world as he embarks on a peaceful journey. He walks through vast open fields, walking running, meandering and reflecting on all he encounters along the way. It seems as if he strolls past a church on “The Basement From Heaven”, just one example of events in this session, one that is relaxing, enjoyable and thoughtful. Klein uses space, dynamics and emotion extracting splendor from his Steinway!
