O’s Notes: She has a nice soft voice with lots of dynamics. She chooses standards for this CD and does a good job of personalizing them. Examples are “Let’s Fall In Love” with sweet echoing of the melody by Ingrid Jensen (t), a duet with bassist Rufus Reid on “I’m in the Mood for Love” and the swinging bluesy “I Love Paris”.
