O’s Notes: Drummer Colin Stranahan, Pianist Glenn Zaleski and bassist Rick Rosato form a well-knit trio produced by Thomas Burns. Limitless is a genuine set of originals written by each of the musicians with lots of character and moods. There are racy, syncopated, neobop tunes as well as relaxed ballads. The recording quality is excellent through all tracks, rather unusual in 2014 but appreciated by the audiophile.
