O’s Notes: The chicken on the CD cover is a strong hint to the swinging country blues inside. Clay Ross plays guitar and sings while leading an energetic ensemble through eleven upbeat tunes. We liked the Latin vibe of “What A Day” and the New Orleans vibe of “Zydaco Mondo” best in this sea of country pop.
