O’s Notes: Pianist Michel Reis leads a trio with Tal Gamlieli (b) and Adam Cruz (d). Vivek Patel (flugelhorn) plays on three selections and Aaron Kruziki adds sax to the opener. The program consists of nine originals all soft, pleasant modern jazz. It is easy listening inoffensive music with subtle tones. Our favorite is “Leaning In Towards Tomorrow” an energetic upbeat tune.
