O’s Notes: Guitarist Steve Oliver presents his second release on Koch Records and it is another balanced smooth jazz CD. He mixes up relaxing instrumentals with a few vocals like “Bend of Break”. Most are originals. There is a bit of Latin energy on our pick hit “Good to Go”. Other notable songs are “Cool” and “Shine”.
