O’s Notes: E.S.T. are Dan Berglund (b), Magus Oström (d) and pianist Svensson. They play a popular form of fusion that is suitably complex and spontaneous to keep even the most critical jazz fans engaged. This release packs quite a bit of value with the new CD of ten songs, notably the popular title track, and a DVD video performance. The latter features over 45 minutes of concert footage from Live In Stockholm plus an interview. Viewing the band live, you’ll see how ‘into it’ they are. While the CD is good, the DVD sizzles and provides a close look at who they are.
