O’s Notes: Vocalist Chris Conner has a penchant for Brazil on this release. These are popular American classics given a subtle Bossa Nova treatment. We felt the session to be more easy listening than Latin though the gentle relaxing feeling associated with Bossa Nova is there. This is a different take on a dozen pop tunes arranged and conducted by Pat Williams.
