O’s Notes: Guitarist Nadav Remez leads a fusion band performing nine new original compositions. He is joined by fellow Israeli, Shai Maestro (keyboards). The music is on the dark side of fusion centered around the warm tones from Remez’ hollow body electric guitar. We were intrigued by the groove on “Pinchas” and “The Last Exile”. They contrast with several mesmerizing ballads like “The Miracle” that define the general mood of the session.
