O’s Notes: Take a fine jazz trio with pianist Christian Jacob, Trey Henry on bass and drummer Ray Brinker and put Sutton out front and you get jazz entertainment. They share the stage, alternating between Tierney’s soft but very dynamic voicing and some swinging cool jazz. The songs are familiar yet distinct with arrangements (our favorite: “Comes Love”) that highlight the talent of the musicians and of course, the voice!
