O’s Notes: Guitarist Bill Hart composed and arranged all 15 tracks on Subject To Change. His style is rock fusion but he also shines on ballads notably “Sara’s Song” a solo and “This Is Why” with guest artist Mike Stern (g). They get funky on “Loose Gravel” but the majority of what happens here is fusion. That is spelled out clearly on “You’re Next” and “Inside Out”.
