O’s Notes: Tianna sings with a lot of passion embracing these fourteen standards as if they were her own. She teams with David Caceres (vocals, sax) and Mike Wheeler (g) on “They Can’t Take That Away From Me”, one of many delightful selections. Her relaxed style bodes well in front of the Mexico City Jazz Trio, a formidable group with bassist Agustin Bernal, and pianist Miguel Villcaña and Gabriel Puentes on drums. This is worthy of repeated, enjoyable listening.
