O’s Notes: Composer Darrell Katz presents an eclectic, fusion set performed by the JCA orchestra. Rebecca Shrimpton adds soaring vocals and spoken word to break up the raging furor! Quotes from Albert Einstein serve as inspiration for the work evolving from a conversation at a local bicycle shop, false pretenses and revelations. It is creative, unique and rather interesting. Aside from the genius quotations, we enjoyed the cover of “Monk’s Mood”.
