O’s Notes: Roberto Perera returns with another solid smooth jazz release on Heads Up. His Paraguayan Harp blends well with piano and electronic keyboards. The live drums and percussion keep this one fresh all the way through. Luis Enrique add rich vocals on “Gracias A La Vida” capping a relaxing, upbeat set.
