O’s Notes: Jacob (Jake) Breaks is an East Coast DJ who teamed up with West Coast, jazz-rock, Throttle Elevator Music (TEM) to produce Breaksy. Even though Jake drove across the US for this gig, he had enough energy to bring home the 70s jazz-funk groove with a few new hip-hop, party vibes.
