Bassist Derek Whyte and drummer Dominic Mullan join him for six racy selections. Nolan is billed as one of the most fearless jazz musicians on the planet. While the music is all improvised, there is a theme that brings it together, interlacing avant-garde with hints of hip-hop. The conversations between the musicians are comprehendible with moods ranging from orderly to discombobulated but not chaotic.
