O’s Notes: New York Yankee slugger Bernie WIlliams shows talent in the finer arts with his guitarist debut on Verve records. He spans the contemporary gamut with mild tunes containing Latin, pop, rock and funk flavors. Bernie composed seven of the thirteen tracks including the radio-popular “Stranded On the Bridge”. It’s a promising start that gives him another post-baseball career.
