O’s Notes: Don’t Wait Too Long is a live set that was recorded at the Freight & Salvage Coffee House in Berkeley, CA in May 2011. Singer Ellen Robinson shares the spotlight with a quartet including Murray Low (p), Kristen Storm (sax), Dan Foltz (d) and Sam Bevan (b). They are all up to the task making this a strong session. The lights are low and the mood is bright as Ellen takes us through a dozen romantic tunes including a few of her own. “If”, “You Must Believe In Spring” and “Calling You” are just a few of the highlights in a delightful set.
