O’s Notes: Throttle Elevator Music is an instrumental band that blends free jazz with punk rock. Tenor saxophonist Kamari Washington is the featured soloist who brings it all together. The underlying reggae beats make “Third Reflection” a head bobber. We also enjoyed “Sublime In The Base”, “Art of The Warrior” and “Marching Instructions” featuring Erik Jekabson on trumpet.
