O’s Notes: Trombonist, composer, arranger, and band leader Yonathan Peled grew up in Tel-Aviv and now resides in New York where he shares his passion for rhythmic jazz. His band is a 9-piece ensemble that plays head-bobbing music. We liked Peled’s trombone work on “French Toast” and “Everything’s For The Best”, along with the funky groove on “Red and Grey” on this vinyl length set.
