O’s Notes: Peter Xifaras plays guitar and keys leading his band on Fusion. He composed, arranged, and produced all seven selections. Their funky music is packed with adventure on the opener, “Chaos”. Bassist Max Gerl shines on “B Blues” and “Shunzo” both featuring trumpeter Shunzo Ohno. Drummer/percussionist Scott Jackson anchors the beats and the Czech National Symphony, Orchestra weighs in on “While My Guitar Weeps For Mehdi Rajabian”. As depicted on the cover, this is a blazing effort!
