O’s Notes: Guitarist Harley Card resides in Toronto and has been entertaining audiences there for many years. Hedgerow is his sophomore release and he uses several local musicians to perform his original music. They are a well-knit team who take us into new jazz-fusion territory. Card shines with both acoustic and electric guitars offering different insights to his soul. Our favorites are the last two selections. This is another recording supported by The Ontario Arts Council, an organization that continues to bring fresh ideas to light!
