O’s Notes: Fazzini Fedrigo is Nicola Fazzini (sax) and Alessandro Fedrigo (b) with Luigi Vitale (vibes) and Luca Colussi (d). They explore the concept of marrying contemporary music with jazz. This is also the third release on the new label concept: www.nusica.org, where you can download this disc for free and pay if you like it! Nicola and Alessandro execute their musical approach with some success. The beats are edgy but come together on the title track and “Dodec” spawning creativity and hope for jazz in future generations.
