O’s Notes: From the opener ” I Love Being Here With You”, we felt a positive vibe on this tribute to Peggy Lee. Stacy Sullivan has a warm, friendly voice that melts your soul across all 15 tracks. Her band is a solid trio with Jon Weber (p) Bucky Pizarelli (g) and Steve Doyle (b). Steve’s solid bass line more than overcomes the absence of a drummer and allows Stacy to shine. The songs are familiar yet the fresh arrangements take on the character of this band making this a fine tribute indeed.
