O’s Notes: Saxophonist, producer Mike Casey led a trio with bassist Matt Dwonszyk and Corey Garcia on drums plus guest pianist Benito Gonzalez for the original Law Of Attraction. Law Of Attraction, The Remixes is an electronics-laden endeavor that morphs the music from the original straight-ahead album into more of a progressive rock-fusion groove. It is much more of a futuristic, contemporary feel than the original. “Spoon” and “Squeaky Wheel” (the Spivak, extended remix) are good but even better are the funky second take of“Squeaky Wheel” and “Feel The Burn”, our favorites.
