O’s Notes: Guitarist Marnix Busstra brings us contemporary jazz from The Netherlands including an infusion of mild funk for Old School Band. His band has evolved to include drummer Mark Stoop, Eric Van De Bovenkamp on organ and bassist Norbert Sollewijn Gelpke. Gelpke gets down to business with a strong solo on the title track. We also enjoyed ”Little White Lie”, “New Canal Of The Emperors” and “F*Cking Speedbumps”. Busstra has refined his signature and locked into an appreciative audience.
