O’s Notes: Felix plays clarinet and composed all of the music except Gershwin’s “Summertime” which fits in perfectly. He produces a sterling set blending an energetic rhythm section with the soft vocals of Kim Wigaard Johansen & Sara Lade, and Sarpay zagatay’s flute. Guest artist Marcus Miller (b) shines on “Queen of Hearts” as does trumpeter Lee Hoganes on “Heat”. Peikli displays his prowess and coaxes fellow musicians to center stage making Royal Flush a winning hand!
