O’s Notes: Pianist John Funkhouser leads a trio with Greg Loughman (b) and Mike Connors (d). They expand to a quartet with guitarist Phil Sargent on thee selections and Audrey Johnson takes the microphone on two songs notably “Leda”. We also enjoyed the arrangement of “House Of The Rising Sun” and “Little Rootie Tootie”.
