O’s Notes: Trumpeter Brad Goode assembles his“ideal“quintet for“That’s Right!“and it is a powerhouse. Adrian Farrugia (p), Kelly Sill (b), Adam Nussbaum (d) and featured guest saxophonist Ernie Watts join him for ten selections. Each of the band members contributes original music. Goode composed three songs and they add three classic covers. Among the best are “Jug Ain’t Gone”, “I Want To Talk About You” and “Letter From Home”, our favorite in a set that is both soothing and energetic.
