O’s Notes: Ticket To Ride is a fine selection of retro-R&B, vocals, backed by jazz rhythms, sung by Loren Daniels, including back up, harmonies and all keyboards. He started to project pre-pandemic and used the abundance of free time to enhance the project, making it “richer, deeper and juicier!” We (listeners) are the beneficiaries of the effort which includes ten of Lennon and McCartney’s best. “Drive My Car”, “I’m Only Sleeping”, “Blackbird” and “Eight Days A Week” are highlights.
