O’s Notes: Singer Jamison performs in front of a full orchestra including a luscious string section. They start out with romance on “The Very Thought of You”, a theme that continues throughout the set. Lynda’s phrasing and articulation bodes well for story telling on “Personality”. The band really swings on “What Is This Thing Called Love” with Steve La Spina walking his bass to set the pace. But the best stuff has Lynda leading in storybook fashion to our delight.
