O’s Notes: This is truly a global collection of jazzy popular music. It comes from a variety of sources – 34 artists from 28 countries. The rhythm, pace and mood spans the gamut. There are hardly any English lyrics but this will not interfere with your listening pleasure. The ‘unknown’ artists were surfaced by a British radio DJ Charlie Gillett. You will surely enjoy a few in not many of the selections. One common element – strong beats. We certainly did!
