O’s Notes: 7 Shadows of Snow is a brief but warm seasonal encounter featuring vocalist June Bisantz in front of the Jon Burr Sextet. The band includes James Chirillo (g), Mike Eckroth (p), Brandon Lee (t) and Burr on bass. The music was written by Arnold Miller and lyrics by Connie Pearce, a husband/wife team whose work was first appreciated 60 years ago. This is a nice refresh.
