She assembles an all-star band with co-producer, bassist Harvie S, guitarist Roni Ben-Hur, Brian Landaus (b-sax, b-cl) and Sylvia Cuenca (d) to support her on More Than A Song. That band, like Reno, has substance! CeCe’s soft powdery lyrics speak of romance, what’s past and what’s tempting over ten classic covers. Among the best are “I Thought About You” and “Fotografia”.
