O’s Notes: Donatelli sings with a lot of pain on Whistling In The Dark, passionately speaking from her heart on this collection of Burt Bacharach tunes. She truly personalized the lyrics. I don’t know who broke Denise’s heart, but they should be punished. That’s how well she makes this music her own!
