O’s Notes: As the title suggests, Marilyn is singing about love over fifteen tracks. While her first album was a 100% original, this time it is mostly standards with a couple of originals. Her voice is warm and rich, her band, very tight. Dave Schiavone does a fine job complimenting Zavidow on Sax and flute. The results are approximating a theatrical performance, especially on “While I’m Not Around”. We also enjoyed “Tailights” and “Love Walked In”.
