O’s Notes: No doubt Robert has great stage presence as the Broadway star is well decorated and steps up to the mic with his debut as a singer on Ain’t We Got Fun. The program is mostly tunes from the early 1900s along with a couple of originals from the musical Cagney! The harmonies on “I Want A Girl” were great as is the phrasing throughout the set. Creighton is a budding crooner singing swinging classics from the good old days showing promise to take things a step further on his own.
