O’s Notes: Freddy is singing the best of Tony Bennett’s tunes in a dedication of ten top ballads. Along with Freddy’s deep vocals, Houston Person is playing sax with Peter Washington (b), Kenny Washington (d) and John di Martino (p). The music swings and Cole’s vocals flow over the notes like warm honey. Songs like “What Are You Afraid Of?” and “Because Of You” are good examples of the strong program. This is one of Freddy’s best.
